For 29,000 you can get a brand new SR5 Tacoma with a four-cylinder that doesn’t have a turbo and will last 300,000 + miles
Those 2 L eco-boost still have coolant consumption issues due to thin cylinder walls?
I've had my maverick for 7 months now and i absolutely love it. I got every option possible, (Lariat, Sunroof, AWD, Heated Seats, 2.0 Eco-boost) and it ended up being just over 40k
I only get 20 mpg but that's because i am always stepping on it, it's AWD, and i have it loaded with tools, electric scooter, and biking equipment and the traffic in miami is horrible.
I have around 11k miles on it and it's been perfect.
I change the oil every 5k miles like scotty says.
The Maverick is an SUV.
I was going to order one but I bought a 2022 Bronco Sport Badlands with the 2.0 instead. I absolutely love it…my wife loved it so well…we bought her one too. Plus, I work for Ford. Nice to hear Scotty talk about the 2.0.

The ecoboost version is surprisingly quick and capable. With the 4k tow package it's a work hoarse for what it is.
Also, made in Mexico is way better than made in China.
Most auto companies push all the crap into autos. I just want a simple vehicle so you can work on. A Hole Auto Companies people still don't care about all the entertainment than a reliable car.
When paying over 35k for a vehicle. What's more important, the electronic or a simple vehicle that's reliable.
There are only a hand full of manufacturers that make everything in one country Kia and Hyundai and I believe Honda also technically speaking gm Chrysler and Ford are north American not United States because they sell vehicles that are not available in the us to other countries

Ford Hybrids are the most reliable cars in the Ford lineup. Ford Hybrid Taxi cabs going over 300K easily in New York. The Drivetrain will outlast the frame of the vehicle.
Hi Scotty. . .GREAT NAME, BTW. . .1970 Maverick Grabber was my first car (bought used in 1980), had a 200 cid straight six engine.

My wife has a 14 escape titanium.. it has the start stop crap…it has the option to turn it off once. And it stays off till you press the button again. It was off when she got it.which made me feel good about how it was taken care of before she got it
