Can’t say enough about your instructions here. You folks are amazing people to help us all out like this.
I found this video AFTER I replaced my thermostat, water pump, radiator, upper/lower radiator shroud & upper/lower radiator hoses in the same session. This video showed it as easy as it can be, with the right tools, how to replace the water pump and fan/fan clutch assembly. It was nice to find that they used the same vehicle as mine (tough to find good videos on my car). I borrowed and used the exact same tool setup from a local national chain auto parts store.
Knowing how to take off the hoses helps too. Embarrassingly, I broke a clip on the tube going into the throttle body because I pulled instead of pushed. It still clamps on, but it’s proving to be difficult to find the Correct replacement for it. In all, good videos on this channel and I’ll be back for more. Thanks for reading my rant.
You have the best car repair videos by far.
do you have a video on how to change a water pump on a 2006 ford explorer V6 4.0 eddie bauer
What caused the block to crack? Where is the crack located? Is it common for the 3V 4.6?
I bought instruction from Avasva and I build it very very cheap.
Would this be the same process for a 2006 4.0
