Where can I get the quick disconnect tool? Are you guys selling any? Thanks.

The RebTek Channel says:

I have a 4.0L this video shows a 4.6L are the radiators going to be different?

Sean Thompson says:

OK guys, putting you to the test, ordered the new radiator (from y'all) which was easy peasy. Now gonna sit with my phone and sit in front of the Explorer… procrastinate as long as I can then spend about 4x as much time knuckle busting to get it done… Wish me luck!

Jay Source says:

Do you need to add trans fluid after this?

glen castleberry says:

A lot of work! Lol

Boostang says:

Great video, gonna tackle this job due to a minor accident that damaged my radiator.

Jedidiah Lawton says:

Thank you thank you thank you

Jose Lucena says:

What about explorer 2005 Eddie Bauer ? Do you have a similar video for the same part?

Chris Leggett says:

I have replaced several of these in the past. I have always had to remove the condenser with the radiator then split them on the bench. Doing one today And thought I would find a secret. I simply cannot get it out so I removed the refrigerant and will pull the rad and condenser as a unit.

Rod R says:

Very helpful vid! Threw me a little that you took off the side bracket bolts on top. Made me think I could slip out the actual radiator and leave the brackets in. Also on my 2010 4.6L there was a protective spoiler mounted to the bottom of the radiator with the hardest to remove push on plastic locks.

Bryan McCoy says:

Do you have a video on adding fluid to the transmission? It seems straight forward but was just curious, thanks! This video helped me knock out this repair last weekend!

Fernando Fernandez Farm says:

Thank you for your time sir

S C says:

he makes it look so easy

Albatr0ss222 says:

Hey, but it's real easy for the assembly line guy, God help us in the Rust Belt!

Alex Gomes says:

Did u guys recommend put new thermostat to ?

dwittster says:

The whole process was actually much easier than it looks with two notable exceptions. First and Most Major, the quick connect transmission lines are a SOB to get off. The key I finally found was to find something to keep the tool pushed into the release while pulling on the lines. Once I finally got those out (took be about 3 hours and a trip to the auto parts store for a different tool), the rest was very straight forward right along with the video. The second thing that threw me a large curve was the final steps of the re-install of the new radiator. The new radiator came with new clip on nuts. The problem was that the two that go on the outside top of the radiator to hold the brackets to the radiator were NOT the right size for the bolts on my truck. This had me all confused for a bit trying to figure out why I had two bolts that would not fit anywhere. Once I grabbed the old clip on nuts from the old radiator it all went back easy. I hope to never have to do this again, but I think if I had to do it again it would go much smoother.
Thank you for an AWESOME video.

Joel Nash says:

Does this video also apply to a V6 Explorer (2007)?
