I have a 2011 Fiesta and, unless I missed it, I never saw anything in the manual about the filter or it's placement. I take my car to the dealership for maintenance and it's never been recommended to me to replace it.

That first long plastic part you take off seems to be what will be the hardest part putting back. With it being so clogged, what was being blocked? Air still comes out of the vents when I turn on the heat or AC.

Am i the only one that noticed the broken tab on the center console when she ripped that trim piece. FYI the make trim tools to prevent that .

That plastic cover at the end needs a bloody good wipe over with some alcohol or WD40 at the very least to get the oil off.
