Creeper sounds like a chicken in thee background.

The wife should have bought another Toyota.

@natgasf7236 says:

That had to be extremely satisfying. You rock Ivan.

@simonjones7785 says:

Another example of the ford bean counters at work every under handed technique in the book to avoid buy back then when a n electronic braiac like Ivan comes along and says look at the diagram that fittingnis fed on this line if the fitting is not faulty nits go to be the line and what does Ivan find an odd resistance where there should be no resistance and lo and behold a factory fitting has failed not the first time I've seen this in the last few weeks more and more factory fittings are failing within 3 years I give reference to diagnose Dan and the polo with faulty ac not the first time a new polo has failed electrically in recent months

@daemoncan2364 says:

I guess the techs at that stealership skipped "DC circuits 101". Ford should replace the entire harness for free, and pay for Ivan's time.

@JimmyMakingitwork says:

Not sure what you'll find just 2 minutes in, but after yesterday's video and based on what I've seen over the years, it's in the connector or caused during repairs some place else. 99.9% of the time.

@dougowens2686 says:

No surprise they ran out the time next time Lexis no more Ford

@jeremyah78 says:

Great find and fix Ivan! Loved the phone call!

@thdevilmancometh says:

Owner should send this video to Ford to get compensated for repairs. Small claims court can even get expenses re imbursed like car rental, etc

@greglee1846 says:

Bravo! you may be the only one willing and able! to fix that car, you saved the car and you saved the customer a ton of money, this is another video that SHAMES the dealer as they should be ashamed of themselves, the more people that see these videos the better educated they will be and won't let the dealer take them down the flow chart rabbit hole.

@deanwoolston4794 says:

Ivan, your skill level and expertise is amazing. There aren't many repair shops, that would have taken the time to diagnose this issue. Great job in finding this problem.

@crownline5555 says:
