I vape. In the winter my vape with 2 18650 batteries need to be changed every day! The other seasons my vape will last 2 full days and need to be changed the morning of the 3rd day.
I leave my vape in the cold car at work.
Forget an EV with hundreds of lithium ion batteries. They will have trouble in the winter driving against a headwind, lights on, radio on, GPS, phone charging, tv on for the back seats, heating the battery and heating the cab. Forget that stuff.
