Very simular to the Crown Vics.

Now that was great. I will have to save this one to my favorites for when
mine goes on my 2010 F150 in the future. I have done many on the
Silverado’s and completely different, I like how Ford made it in module
form. Chev dealer in Canada charges close to $600 a door including new
motor. Thanks !!

Hey fellow ford tech here, you should put up a video on the 2011+ edge door
panel module to get to the door latch.we do them all the time for the latch
even after the dumb tsb didn’t magically fix it with the tool?you’d be
surprised how many we get hacked up by some one who has no idea what to
do.and the wsm is no help!!i know my first time was no fun but man what a
stupid idiotic design same goes for the 6r80 dipstick!!!

Great video, ford wanted a little under $5oo. with parts for the job. Got
the dorman 749-543 part from Amazom for $85. Thanks.

Eric Harrell says:

Great instruction video… However, I am having a hell of a time getting
the door panel back on… After an anger burst I pulled up too hard and
broke the latch holding the door handle in… I’m going to try super glue
but if that isn’t strong enough I get to spend another $85.00 to purchase a
second one from Amazon. =-/
