Daniel Turko says:

Not to sound like a dick but you need way more panel bond then what I seen used plus a brush able seam sealer would have given you a much nicer and more factory look nice car though

Sam… This is bullshit. Not a good repair dude.

J T Howard says:

Lol, should have used a STOP sign to patch that floor.

Eric Severn says:

I have to agree with the majority of comments here. That repair is terrible. Samcrac, you're not working on a 1990 Caprice with 300,000 miles. This is a Ferrari. Repair it as though it's a Ferrari.

The finished product looks like my roofing flashing.

Vito Vitale says:

The click bait: I patched the underside of my Ferrari on the cheap and used non original reproduction parts to fix it: the reality …I just made it almost impossible to sell and I am probably going to get sued when the person I finally sell it to finds out that for me posting cheesy videos on youtube is more important than being a noble and reputable car dealer!

Has the Prancing Horse on the rear been painted black? Would good to see it in silver to match the wheels. I think it would stand out great against the BRG paint colour.

The Notorious AMG says:

I fixed a hole in my aluminum shed the same way, again it was a SHED.

Pablo Taco says:

How can you call that bandaid a repair you stupid Jew? You make me sick, helpfully no one will buy any cars from you seeing how stupid you are. I can only imagine what other short cuts you take. Might as well just upgrade to duct tape, bondo, and spray paint.

A lot of his ideas are common knowledge for people who repair things. I would have done this differently but not my car. He still has not told us what he paid for it in the first place, although he did allude to how much he spent on his watch lol. I am sure a "cheap" Ferrari would run about $150 to $200,000. I am sure it was way more than even $75,000 which is more than most of the working vehicles on the road cost new. My version of a "Cheap" watch is about $5 shipped but the one he has is about $300 by the look of it. LOL So let's keep a more precise record of the word "Cheap" I do however acknowledge that all of his repairs so far are legit as far as motors being the same aside from cosmetics such as stickers and color as well as outsourcing boards to specialized repair shops. These I personally have done (although not on a Ferrari) and they worked for many years until the car rusted away literally. His floorboard fix… I would have done for close to the same price but much better – not my car. It does make me wonder if he ever uses his exotic cars for what they are built for… namely racing. My guess would be no like the overweight guy I wanted to race a few years back with my ZX6R vs his red Ferrari La Ferrari convertible (which should have been somewhat fair both topping out around 180mph). Needless to say, he declined. So if you have a car like one of these and put around town wanting others to envy you don't worry, I won't. These are built to race and be cool in. If you are not racing them ever then you ARE NOT COOL! Just another old guy slowly killing his sports car for all to see. 🙁
