I am doing a replacement on my 2002 dodge dakota reg. It looks identical to
the one in the video. Is it the same type of reg and same procedure?

On my 00 durango the window falls straight down and doesnt go back up we
have to tape it and the motor isnt working it starts for like a seconf then
shuts off would i just need to replace the regulator?

This was a pain in the ass to replace but it’s a lot easier than the fog
light on my 98 Durango. But this video made it a lot easier than if I just

Thank you for these videos you post, I just got done replacing two window
regulators on my durango with the parts I ordered from you and your video
made it easy for me to follow along and complete the job by myself.
If the window regulator is broken and needs to be replaced, you may be able
to cut the cable that’s holding the window bracket in the up position. You
may want to also make sure that there’s power to the window motor and that
it’s defiantly the problem. Hope this helps you out.

You normally you will want to replace the entire regulator just because of
the age of the plastic wheels normally dry rot over time.

This video is only applicable when the window is still somewhat
operational. What can you do if your window is stuck in the up position and
you can’t roll it down to remove the bolts which attach the window to the
regulator?

of the door, to see if the cable has broke and is hanging it up. We sell
