Who remembers Shady Tree Mechanics?? Heck YEAH!
I have 05 chevy 2500 4dr 4×4 duramax. I just installed the volant cold air
intake and really was pretty simple to install and do notice increase in
throttle response and get up and go speed more than i did with just my
quadzilla tuner when i’m driving.
@alazz912 We carry a huge selection of tuners, but it looks like the only
one for your vehicle is the Jet V-Force Plus Power Control Module. It’s a
great tuner which will increase horsepower and torque. And if you keep the
weight off your right foot, you should see an increase in fuel economy as
well. 🙂 I cannot post links in YouTube comments, so I will send you one by
Direct Message.

@alazz912 Typical bolt-on mods include a high flow air filter, intake,
exhaust and a hand-held tuner. Past these mods, installs get more difficult
and are more “permanent”. I do not know what engine is in your Tundra, but
major engine mods could include new parts like engine pulleys, a
supercharger, new cams, high flow fuel injectors, fuel pumps and ignition
systems.
@AutoAnything Thank you so much for your reply! Great info! I have a 2006
Toyota Tundra SR5 4.0L V6. Where would I find one of these hand held
tuners?

do you guys sell any cold air intake for a 2006 Ford E-150 or for a 1996
Ford E-150?
Sorry, we don’t have any intakes which fit the E-150’s.
do they have a kit like this available for a 2012 silverado 1500 WT with
the 4.3? thanks
I have a 2003 Silverado Sidestep V8 4.8L. What would you recommend for me?
When you said ” he wants to increase the proformance with out any major
engine modifications” what else could you do besides a cold air intake as I
have already done this upgarde on my toyota tundra
The Volant is a great intake, it’s quite popular with Silverado owners. The
part number for your vehicle is CARB exempt, so you can run it legally in
California and any other states that have adopted CARB certifications. We
also have a $20 rebate on all Volant intakes right now, so you can save
some extra cash on it. Click the first link in the video description to see
the product on our site. If you select your vehicle, you can also read
reviews from other Silverado owners.
Yes, we have quite a few to choose from. Just click the first link in the
video description (directly underneath the video)
Do they sell intakes for the chrysler 300?
Yes, the Volant intake kits include all hardware needed for install. For
most vehicles, these are a complete bolt-on product, but there are a
handful that require slight modification to stock parts.

Question. If I buy just the filter and keep the stock airbox and tubing,
will the filter still fit in the stock airbox?
They didn’t show the dyno because it didn’t add any power. All it did
really was chamfer the shape of the air filter.
