Make sure to wd40 the back side of the exposed 10mm threads that don’t go into the engine block or you’ll snap them off, especially if it hasn’t been replaced

How come the pulley tightens crooked when putting it all together again?? The three bolts are fine but as the get tighter it rubs against the watere pump.. how do I handle this situation?
