Alcohol is not really a power adder. It allows for a cooler combustion in
turbocharged engines, which in turn allows you to run more boost, which
more boost equals more power. Hope that helps.
Hi, do you use a 50/50 mix of alcohol & water or do you use straight
denatured alcohol? The guy I was getting my alky from went out of business
and I have been using Boost Juice that is a 50/50 mix and the car doesn’t
go as good as it did on the other stuff & I never asked if the stuff he was
selling was 50/50 mix or 100% alky….before he went out of business.Now
that i know about the denatured alcohol i will be buying this soon. Oh yea,

Thanks, found a new supplier awhile back, 5 gallon drum of VP Methanol.
It’s all good now but pricey, $34 bucks for 5 gallon drum!

Is that for VP M1? The best I can find in my area is $50 for a 5 gal can.
