Good job. I do all my own work. To many cars to pay someone. I sure liked working on the 60's and 70's so much more. Had room to work. Trying to squeeze into the newer ones is pretty tight. I am 74. 6'3" 200#. Sometime I need my daughter to get in the tight places. Or remove seats just to get room to work.

So my defrost stopped blowing, I followed this video and checked the blower is blowing air everywhere except the defrost at window. Could it be a disconnect with the parts guiding air to defrost location I'm confused
Eric, so my daughter’s 2012 GMC Acadia SLT was having an issue with her blower motor, except it’s only 2 years old. I started tinkering with it, but after taking out the set screw and pulling down the tab I couldn’t get it to twist to drop it out.
I still have the new one ($108.24).
But I think it’s the wiring harness. Because when I messed with the wiring it started running.
The auto parts store didn’t have the complete harness so I found one online to order.
For now it’s running and I left the cover off for her to wiggle the wire harness if it quits working while she’s driving:
Texas summers are brutal so a/c is a must.
