Hey Brian! I just finished mine. And I got a traction control light and an abs and now a check engine light. Have you heard of this problem happening. It’s a 2015 328i xdrive
is this the same process for a 2014 335i xdrive with m sport package?
Do the springs affect the ride comfort? I have an xDrive and my f30 is surprisingly high.

What’s the torx socket to the open wrench called
Hey man, can you do me a favor of measuring the outer diameter and length of the front and rear springs? My car is a really old car and there is NOTHING in the market for my car. I've measured its OD and length of front and rear springs and I found on some UK retail website that the H&R purple sport spring for bmw f30's measurements come close to the springs I'm currently using. I just want to confirm with you if that website is legit. If you decided to help me you'll be doing me a solid here. Thanks in advance man, cool channel.
I had to replace the entire roll over strut arm (you one you removed 2 bolts from), the final bolt removed was by the subframe.
I cannot realign the knuckle arm bolt which was a skipped scene here, the jack goes from being by the knuckle to under the spring.
Any suggestions?
Think they would be any rubbing while running 19×8.5 in the front and 19×9.5 in the rear
Torque specs would have made this video the nicest.
Man I love your videos. Only thing I never understood is why you never change other bits. Like top mounts in this job. Easy to do whilst you're there. Not very expensive either.

After installing the springs Did you get the error code with the traction control
I just did this to my car, great video by the way. Exact same springs. Did you have any issues with your axles at all? How did your suspension hold up? I’m just bracing myself for all the issues that may arise lol

I have a question. Rear coil springs look the same only less coils on upgraded ones so why not just cut off few coils and use stock coil springs? It would reduce load capacity but other than that should be fine and way less expensive.
I want to lower my bmw but heard that its bad to mess with the x drive setup? Has anyone run lowering springs on an x drive and what’s your experience with longevity and reliability with shocks etc…
Which springs can i use for 2015 rear wheel 320i?
