Boom. That was easy. Thanks guys!!
Should have read Dag’s comment before I broke the clips and the trunk release overide. Video is lacking some pretty important information… don’t you think?
Best tutorial ever, filter was seriously dirty! Very helpful!
awesome thanks guys
No big deal – epoxy’d the plastic together – been there before
Thanks! We’re sorry to hear you broke some clips, you might be able to find some new ones at a loca auto store or a dealer.
Awesome video – be sure to pull the glove box assemble out straight – or you will break off some of the retaining clips like me 🙂
You’re welcome! Now you do!
Thank you. I didn’t even know where the filter was.
Thank you! We’re glad we could help!
Awesome Video, we need more like these on youtube!
Thank you!
Excellent video.
That’s great! You’re welcome!
Thank you. Saved me $87!
How often do u need to change it ?
god bless youtube!!
Amen. I am so glad I googled this. Cabin Air filter replacement at my TL dealership runs around $180. Holy crap.
I just finished this on my 2006 TL and the instructions were right on! Video is 3:33 so probably took me about 10 minutes as I paused and started on each part. Also bought my filter from filterheads…think the Acura dealer charged me about $120 last time I changed the filter…Thank you!
This was simple as the video shows. Took me about 15 minutes to do for my 2007 TL
OK, who is the sadistic engineer who designed this mess? So much for the legend of good Honda/Acura Engineering.
You are removing 1/3 of your lower dash to access a cabin air filter. I am letting a dealer do this one.
