Ah did not know you have two. Are they the same color? I thought your daily
was taking this much attention. Knowing you if that was the case you
probably would have rolled it down a hill by now if it was that much

No they are bullet proof ..I just let the repairs get behind cause i dont
drive it much…i have another one that has 185k on the speedo and the only
thing i have done to it in 4yrs is front brake pads..The one o=im working
on we take on all our trips and it never lets us down …Im just kind of a
picky guy on the repairs , its either right or we ‘ll fix it till it is..

Well, there’s a nice fix…always good to keep some money in your pocket
and this one will outlast the crappy plastic bit!
RockAuto and Parts Geek sell an aftermarket metal nipple to replace the
Junky plastic ones.
Volvos seem like they are kind of finicky cars with alot of weird designs.

Ding, I’d avoid using the plain steel elbow and nipple. Stay brass if you
can, otherwise the dissimilar metals will cause corrosion to occur faster
than you will expect.
