How can I replace this audio car for a new one, I mean, I dont know what to
do with the black wire (the fat one) I suppose it’s for the voltage but my
new stereo only has yellow, black and red wires. Cn you help me?
@cro508 If I understand your question correctly, the frame is the plastic
part with the two slots. The frame is connected to the radio itself.
Removing the radio will remove the frame as well. Please clarify your
problem if you need further help:-)
You need to purchase a wire harness adapter from Scosche that connects to
the original stereo connector and then solder the colored wires from the
new stereo to that connector.
@ClassicAds don’t worry i got it out it took me like an hour though. now i
can’t unplug the big switch from the back where all the wires are going to.
its like jammed inside
@ClassicAds Thanks for uploading that. An 850 is simple – but the 940 is a
bit more tricky!
