i love cars from 70’s and 80’s but at some time you have to buy new just to
keep up on the road now days i had a 79 cad seville took it on a trip to
vags i had cars rideing my bumper the hole way it just felt un safe over
80mph ware my wifes xc90 will do 110 mph or more all day long the only draw
back is it stays in the shop
My Escape Hybrid has fly by wire, when I rebuilt the engine last year my
throttle body had a big crack in it, It never indicated an issue. The
Factory one was plastic, the new replacement for a 2.5 liter was aluminum.
Mine WAS a 2.3 .
Yes ..i hunted for a year to find a non smoker 1 owner car..and they are
cheap here cause the only dealership is 50mi away..

2:39 use that camera that you used on the beatle and you dont have to strip
the door.You can take the wire out,make o hook with a wire.
Takes alot to get at that alternator.

ASE Service tech Ford, Chevy, Had my own shop for a couple years..
If the designer was 6.4 and 275 lbs i think they would be easier to work
on..

You just gotta love the old cars….plenty of space to work and no
Chinese/Korean/Japanese shit in it anywhere!!!!!
The problems aside, that’s a pretty damn nice car.
