Put some tape over the back of the rivets before knocking them out. Saves trying to find them afterwards. Open up the existing holes and fit rivnuts. Much neater and easier install

Just did mine – should have checked YouTube first! I dont have a rivet gun but rubberized well nuts used to mount motorcycle windshields and farings seem to work well to mount the speaker in the existing holes
