He has some good information but bottom line is the Prius is the best car to buy right now I purchased one at $240,000 mi just have to replace the battery and you're good to go for life I literally the least maintain car I have ever owned FYI in the last month I actually switched to using only e85 with no mods and I am getting great results
I just put 5 girls on a sprinter
Das beste, oder nicht. – the best, or nothing!
I’ll take the Ford transit! The sprinter is a money pit!!
Waiting for a video where scotty actually gets under the hood!
Have fun replacing your def tank
The only thing that makes fords break down, is the tech in newer fords
Still couldn’t pay me to buy from Mercedes
I will keep buying Toyota, tried foreign and domestic vehicles, cost me thousands of dollars!
I own a Chevy Express 3500 gas engine. It is a beast. 300k and still running like a champ. Vortec is a great motor
Never stop the video scotty the enterprise needs its captian
Nissan used to make the NV2000 full sized vans and those were the most reliable.
The Ford vans are pretty nice. I rented one from Uhaul to transport a pallet of hardwood flooring. The pallet was too heavy for my light duty truck. The mill loaded the flooring in with a fork lift easy peasy and the van handled the load easy peasy.
Seems to me a good alternative to a truck and something that could eventually be built out into a camper.
I just bought a 23 sienna XLE pretty loaded and it’s price tag was ridiculous but it’s a Toyota and I’m sure I’ll get 10 + years out of it! Fwd 36 mpg $49K
Most Sprinters have a DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) instead of a Catalytic Converter. They're designed to temporary catch soot particles, and burn them off during drives on the highway. If you spend to much time in bumper to bumper traffic and never take it out of town, it will clog up. If you use the van as it was intended, it can reach 2-300k miles in pretty good shape.
Cerial wok fan.
But you can't or not allowed to park this big van in you neighbourhood. Imagine someone parking this thing in front of your house or window. (If you have a driveway this would not be a problem.)
Scotty, I'll bring my 2014 E250 extended hightop van 4.6 2vlv. by when your in RI.
Scotty is incompetent with his diagnosis skills. All the diagnosis he made is very shallow and not in depth. It’s not as simple as he demonstrated in this video.
They are not "catalytic converters" they are Diesel Particular Filters or DPF's and when they plug, they are VERY expensive to replace. Adding fluid will not unclog it. They can, sometimes, be cleaned.
Why aren't diagnostic computers built in, in every car? They're not that expensive. It would make life easier for millions of people. "check engine" light gives us no info at all.
