Where do you plug in the add a fuse if you want to wire them to the daytime running lights so that the raptor lights are on all the time when the truck is on? The lights just come on when the headlights are on when you wire like you did.

why put a 15 when the add a fuse comes with a 10?
I bought the same one and I only had it for couple of months and one of the raptor lights don’t work is there anyways it can be fix
Great video. I used different lights they are just round amber LEDs. The “add a fuse” tap was a new piece for me so that made the wiring super simple, went to the fuel pump fuse so they work as extra day time running lights. 7 lights in the same row you used. Thanks again.
Cmon man…you could've given us MORE info about that "add a fuse"…Auto Zone doesn't carry them all the time. It would've helped if you could've told us our Taco fuses are LOW PROFILE fuses. Therefore we're gonna need a FUSE TAP for low profile fuses. Chale ese….

I thought the top fuse is supposed to have less amps then the bottom fuse?
For anyone doing this instal i recommend this https://youtu.be/kK5IBYQhmlg. When I did theis i stal and shutvthe fuse box it sliced the power wire. This vid shows how to instal without that problem and allowed for the fuse box to shut propery

Great vid. Only issue was the outer lights on the grill would not fit,I had to slightly trim the sides of the LEDs using scissors and then they clicked in perfectly.
What if I drilled a small hole in the fuse box cap to fit the wire, would that cause any issues?

You should never ever put a higher amp fuse than the amps on the fuse you’re tapping into, replace that top 15amp fuse you added on top of the bottom 10amp fuse with something smaller like a 2amp fuse, these led lights don’t draw that much power.
what fuse is that ? i have a 2000 tacoma that ima install the lights on i did it on my 2014 cherokee but i had to tap into the lighter fuse since that was the only one that didnt have running power after turning the car off. soooooo what fuse is that ? lol. headlights?
