videos its difficult to find videos about the facelift corolla E11
Hi Peter, Thank you for the information. I use some anti-seize paste on the
new spark plug threads before putting them in the engine, it makes them
much, much easier to take out the next time you change them. Question for
you: Do you need to set the spark plug gap on the new plugs before putting
them in the engine? thank you!
Hi, your anti-seize paste is good idea. And answer to your question: No,
You don’t need to set the spark plug gap on the new plugs before putting
them in the engine.
Hi, the are answers. You can tighten spark plug without torque wrench:
First tighten plug so much, that it takes contact and then tighten 1/2
rotation using tool. And you can start motor directly.
Hello Peter, thanks for the great video. When tightening the new spark plug
do I have to tight in any specific torque or as much tight as I can do? My
car is 04 Corolla S.
Hi Peter. Thank you for your videos. I’ve been using them for the last few
weeks. Tried to change my spark plugs. I got exactly the same car as you.
Problem is that the spark plugs seem stuck. What do you recommend to get
them out?

Should I change the ignition coils as well ?
Do they need to be changed in a certain order ?
Hi. For 1.4 engine you need Bosch FR8KCU plug, and Denso K16R-U11 and NGK
BKR5EYA-11 suits also 1.4 and 1.6 engines.

question , is there any difference between spark plugs? or is it a standard
size for all ? thinking about buying the Bosch Super 4 FR78X – KSN 510
