I just replaced my cabin filter after viewing your video. I used to pay $65 to $75 for a local shop to replace it for me. Now I don’t need to. Thank you so much!

For your information, Raymond, I just bought a replacement air filter for my 2005 Sienna at Walmart for $16. The quality seems to be better than the Toyota filter, too. Thank you for uploading this video…

Thank you !!! This is now confirmed to be the biggest rip off ever. The dealer recommends replacing this every time we go in for a service and they charge like $75 or more for it. This appears to be the easiest thing to do possible. Thanks again !!

I love this guy.

John Smith says:

What?? I didn’t even know it had one of these. So simple a child could do this. That’s why I stay away from dealerships. They are legal thieves

Could you PLEASE do a diy on changing the spark plugs on your car? (The sienna in this video.) Thanks! 😀

Abir Ahmed says:

It changes from dealer to dealer, like the big city or larger area ones will generally charge more than, the rurally based ones. Most people don’t question the dealer, especially with service, lol.

Can anyone confirm is this method works for third generation Sienna (2011 and up)?

Raymond Ramos says:

how about the lights on the dashboard? ty

Timmy Sienna says:

Toyota Dealer will charge around 50.00 for this filter replacement.

Sienna’s stock radio/sound system actually has a good sound quality. I just have to install a kit with 3.5 mm plug for iPod or MP3 player. If you really want to replace the radio unit, you can easily expose all mounting screw by prying the plastic cover with a butter knife or a letter opener. Be careful not to scratch the surface. Good Luck.

Raymond Ramos says:

how about replacing a radio?

Your tutorial saved me. Super easy and FAST!

I had a horrid smell in my car, and I ended up pulling out 2 dead mice, and 2 shoeboxes full of their nesting material.

I would have never know that there was an interior cabin air filter if I hadn’t come upon your tutorial.

THANKS!!!
