The fault code B1624 is becoming increasingly common in Peugeot, Citroën and other Stellantis vehicles, often pointing to issues with the BPGA power distribution module. To provide clarity on this growing trend, ACTRONICS invited DiagnoseDan to explain the symptoms and demonstrate what is known about this fault through the DiagnoseDanTSB platform.
You can find the BPGA Module in a several Stellantis brands and models, like:
Citroën: C4 Grand Spacetourer, C4 Picasso, C4 SpaceTourer, Grand C4 Picasso, Jumpy, SpaceTourer
Fiat: Scudo
Opel: Grandland X, Vivaro, Zafira Life
Peugeot: 308, 3008, 5008, Expert, Traveller
Toyota: Proace
In this video, he outlines the role of the BPGA module, shows how the fault is documented across multiple real-world workshop cases, and highlights why replacement is often advised.
Rather than opting for a new or second-hand unit, ACTRONICS offers a remanufacturing solution that restores the BPGA module to reliable condition. Each unit is fully rebuilt, extensively tested and supplied ready to install with no programming required and backed by a 2-year warranty.

Dont buy stellentis crap.
when you replace with better components, that just tells me that the manufacturer went with the cheapest crap they could find.
As always a great vid with DD, but the background music sucks.
interesting that i can see only a tray carrier and the dispensing valve mounted in the Essemtec machine(fox?) I guess they like the placement of the PnP, i also work with this PnP at my Work.. cheers from Portugal
I’m sorry Dan but this time I completely disagree with you ( at least here in the Uk) ACtronics is a company I and other friends with garages have used many times and the outcome is seldomly good, on a number of times they have damaged units or have made units worse, it has left me with not only the same problem but it then looks embarrassing with my conversation with the customer. The last Mercedes ABS module I’d sent them a year ago was forgotten and I had arguments with them, 3 weeks later it turned up with the most horrible seam seal on the module and they hadn’t repaired the faults that they clearly agreed to fix, I then had to source a second hand unit, it got quite tense between me and the long time customer. I could write at least 6 other bad experiences but I don’t want to go on, but I agree with other comments sometimes buying new is more effective. Their offer sounds great in theory but they are seldom true to their word, also sometimes one has to realise that the hassle and stresses of chasing them is really not worth it.
I do hope you’re careful about promoting them because I think when people start to give their trust in them the 2nd 3rd time maybe I’m confident there will be tears before bedtime. This is just MY experience with them over the years but never again and this is a very agreed view in my part of the world.
Again sorry to be negative about them but be careful with your trust everybody.
Click bait title … No diagnosis and no fix !
i sent my ex's head there, but there was nothing they could do to repair it.. lol.
Great to see a company remanning older stuff, but 2 year warranty is insane… gotta be worth it.
The part is around €250 plus vat from dealer I think got one a few week ago
planned obsolescence. relays used to work too good!
