unscrew the shift handle so you can remove the shift panel

@casketkey If the CD is stuck then there is a problem with the loading
mechanism and needs to get repaired. By forcing it out, you might cause a
damage to the unit and makes it unrepairable or cost more to repair.
You need to remove it and send it to us or your local car audio service
center.

I have a problem with my 2007 Hybrid Camry with its Navigation system. On
every display screen the display keeps scrolling up. Like old TV’s used to
do when they had a Vertical Hold problem. What are my options?

Hello, I have 2007 Camry Hybrid w/ Nav + JBL. My Map DVD won’t stay in.
When I insert it, the disk goes in, then when the disk is all the way in a
strange noise comes up like plastic gears grinding. Then the disk comes
out. PLEASE HELP ME, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
