best example of kaizen is that an employee suggested to take doors off the car because before this point cars were made with doors on them. that led to damage to the doors, by removing them no dmg to the doors and made it so they could be worked on separately. I belive its industry standard now to remove doors from cars.

Of all the Toyotas I've had, my Solara has been the most reliable. Even beating my wife's Lexus RX 330 and Toyota Rav4.
