I agree that the percentage of EVs sold in Europe will be close to 100%.
That vehicle looks like so much fun!!! The 2 door is just right. Looking forward to seeing it here in the states in 3 – 4 years. I was a landlord years ago and I honestly think you got out cheap as they did not harm themselves, the neighbors, nor your family.
The little suzi is the perfect suburban car. Grocery shopping, taking kids to school. Electric would suit it.
I am wishing that Suzuki to continue surviving till 2030 first, and later looking forward to getting one. Why release EVs so late into the game? Just can't get it.
Jimny gas version is €338.800 in Netherlands, that Electric version will not be for sale for at least 7 years in EU (according to Dutch sources ). . . . .and the price will be more direction €50.000 .

jimmys are cool, cheap, good offroad, and are known as trauma mobiles by emergency room doctors.
Off-road and EVs – an oxymoron
Here in the USA the old Suzuki samarai is very popular with hunters. Same with the GEO Tracker. I have never heard of a Jimmy over here.
I expect EBOs (electric battery onlys) to start overtaking ICOs (internal combustion onlys), here in the US, by the end of the '20s. By the end of the '30s, I suspect there will be few ICOs left. There may, however, be quite a number of ICBs (internal combustion batteries) still driving around at that time.
It’s been proven before with new tech, the price point is key. Either cheap capital investment or cheap running cost will get people engaged.
Mobile phones about 1998, cheap £99 phones flooded the market, EVERYONE in the UK got a phone. Expensive calls but they’d already bought into the tech.
VCR wars- VHS won, why? Because they flooded the market with cheap tapes. Yes it was the inferior tech but it made the adoption more appealing.
BEV is the superior tech and compared to the current ICE has generally lower TCO, and is way cheaper than any other emerging tech such as H2 or even hybrids.

Old inefficient petrol engine 173 g/km CO2, 36 mpg and the price was crazy $30-35k. Should be electric at this money! A Dacia Duster is 1/2 the price and more efficient!
its my favourite rental vehicle… I always beat the crap out of it off-road when on holiday inG Greece, Spain…. the leccy version will prob make it fast, and dangerous 😀
Some other company needs to make a similar car and EV as well to compete
event horizon of the Tesla Semi Truck, diesel to Ev Transformers movie franchise. Like Optimus Prime, the leader of all auto-bots, all of these semis from years past will upgrade to Electric motors, easy as pie. simple procedure for anyone to do. Remove the diesel motor from old Semi Truck and place Electric motor on the pre existing semi truck, no shred, no melt scrap metal needed. And extend the life of vehicle several gen. Rebuild or replace fading batteries and motors. simple maintenance like an oil change, going to swap out faded 5% battery packs one by one over time. Reduce reuse recycle and of course repair. Repair. Can you put air in the tires on your own. evolutionary dead ends, college with no possible job. time wasted. calorie budget. Gretta Thurnburg must politically accept practice dental hygiene, political propaganda or truth, dogma.

Carbon neutral is different to zero emission. You can be the former without being the latter.
Measurements are being done close to roads and they will be used to limit ice cars.
It is dangerous to be close to ice cars and they are killing people.

Print same car for 5 10 years off same line, cost of car plummets. average cost of hair cut, self trim. Run the numbers. simply do not understand. 20 dollar clippers, 1,000 hair cuts, energy used. all costs ran. Its a scam. Scramble every part on car like enigma machine every year have different model change every single bolt head randomizes scrambles different part. Ecomonic slavery sexual, copy rights, patents. effort to make as much money as possible, probably don't understand, probably going to be cattle drive turkeys and buffalos. Probably economic explotation slavery sex slavery. This politcial opinion, ababndon obsolete car DNA, penetrates much farther energy and transportation economics. This political opinion dogma cant hide behind fancy cars, more efficinet no frils no power windows or any of that jazz. cost per weight kilo or pound of car.
Electric is perfect for that machine. Good on Suzuki. Innovation belongs to the upstarts.
If it can be flat towed then I want one.
