You said that this is for "emergency cases" but doing this "fix" is the same thing as not having a seatbelt at all…so why even bother with this "fix"? Just don't wear the seatbelt. Also, your description says that this is a "repair". This is not repairing anything. A repair would be fixing the problem yet you haven't fixed anything here. Too bad youtube removed thumbs down votes.
