How to install cabin air filter in a 2010-2013 Suzuki Kizashi

This is how to change the carbin air filter on the Kizashi. Now before anyone else gets mad you do not have to remove the glove box. I have large hands so I need the space. If you have small hands you can fit right kn there with some twisting and turning. I like the ease of having an open work area.

Damn that's easy. On my BMW you had to remove the cabin filter housing from the engine bay (~10 screws) then disassemble it and replace the filter inside. The air intake filter and other maintenance things are also so much easier on the Kizashi

Bee Man says:

thanks for the info. would you happen to know where the passenger side fuses are. i have removed the lower panel and can't locate it. all i can locate is the blower motor, the Kazashi Club group doesnt have the location . thanks in advance

Steve S says:

Hey just wondering if you could tell me where you got your air filter and more importantly – what were the dimensions?

Joshua Mullin says:

Worked great thanks even the wife was mad that she could have done it.

@JefferyWayne Would you recommend buying a Kizashi GTW AWD? How is parts availability and parts pricing? I'm worried parts will be hella expensive. This procedure looks simple enough but I am not a "car guy" and don't have many tools beyond a screwdriver and hammer. Thanks.

Jason Dunn says:

I didn't remove my glovebox…simply removing the manual holder provides good access to the cabin filter. The only caveat is that some dirt could fall into the glovebox if the filter is nasty. This video was still helpful…thanks!
