EP01 Installing a Jet Kit on a Suzuki DR650
In this video we show you how you can install a Jet Kit. In this case we did it on our 1995 Suzuki DR650, but the principles can be applied to other applications as well.
Here’s where we purchased our kit from – https://procycle.us/bikepages/dr650.html

Stupid question; does the kit tell you what jets to use for each mod? I plan on doing a DG slip on and K&N filter.
I'd really like to watch this vid, but all that back and forth blur makes me feel like I have one old contact and a current contact in. Someone needs to do a replacement vid. This one's giving me a headache. I'm outa here.
You forgot to explain how to drill the diaphragm and holes in top of air box as per pro cycle kit ,
Great video. I personally like the camera view, it's different to other channels. Don't see what other people are complaining about
Good information but the camera work leaves the video unwatchable.
Horrible focus issues! While you are there drill the slide and cut down the spring to 100mm (4inches)
Nice focusing.
so who has a pre-1996 DR650? you guys are irrrrrrrelllllevant!
I have a 1999 Suzuki 650 DR motorcycle and I had not ran the bike for a year (surgery), the bike did not start and I drained the gas tank and put new gas in it, I also installed a new pilot jet (150) in the carb. the bike did not start, it is getting spark but it tried to start but failed. is there anything else I can try to look at to make sure the carb is working correctly. thank you.
You guys obviously know about bikes now you just have to spend some more time on the camera work.
Love having a motorbike instructional video without super loud metal or dance music in the backgound. Good choice on the genre and volume. Though I do agree with other posters that the camera work got a little uncomfortable. Either way, keep up the good work and you guys will get popularz.
