The last set of torque specs are hard to see – rear case nuts are 51.6 ft lb and carrier bolts are 81.1 ft lb.

AP Surtrack isn't a clutch type. It is a gear type. Better than VLSD. A clutch type would be more ideal from KAAZ/CUSCO, but this is better than stock.
