What size air compressor do you use?

Tisha J says:

And dont forget to torque the crank bolt @ 130 FT LBs, and drench the threads of the bolt in oil so it torques even.

Tisha J says:

Sorry dont take the battery out, I did that when I did head gaskets on it. But it would be kinda hard to bump the engine with no battery. 😀 But there is room in front of the battery to do as I described.

Tisha J says:

Here is a tip on how to break the bolt loose on the crank. Get a good breaker bar, find a good deep well socket and a long extension. Take the battery out, put the 22mm socket on the breaker bar, put the socket that fits the end of the breaker bar (where your hand would be not the socket) and extension. It should rest near where the battery is on the right side of the engine. Bump the engine and it will break that bolt loose.

What engine is this that you are working on?

Well, I try to help those who know little about cars, and I can assure you that, those first 6 minutes, would be helpful to someone with less experience. Seeing the tools you’d need would hopefully discourage those with no experience. I wouldn’t want somebody to try this if they had no prior experience. Thanks for commenting.

Thank you.
