How much was the timing chain kit for the EZ30
Probably the best instructional videos out there for this engine! Great job on it and thanks for the help
very good informative.
IT can be fitted to a ej16-ej15 transmision box? Bolt on?
You did a great work! Many thanks for your HELP-VIDEO and Tutorial)
Hi! I drive a legacy 3.0 2002 and have a problem with the oxygen sensor (sensor 1 Bank 1) can You tell me which side of the sensor? And if you know the part code, that would be great.
Water pump is under the timing chain cover. What a bad design.
Muy buen vídeo, muy explicito.
I'm a 6 year Subaru senior Master finally doing one of these beast not bad
You get the video of the year award. 2016. Nice job
So I bought one! What an awesome car for the money. Its overheating when going uphill or accelerating hard and cools down to normal very quickly when you start going down or lift off. Also there's no heat from the heater at all. I do see some foamed coolant in the radiator and saw some large bubbles in the expansion tank. Any chance it's just a worn water pump impeller?
What an awesome how-to video, I think the best I've seen.
they should use this engine in sti with turbo
Buen vídeo súper explicavivo
I came! <3
loved it thank you, cant wait for the h6 head gasket replacement video.
You were right about removing upper hose of radiator in order to remove front cover.
I checked it on my subaru with fb25, it can be done without removing the hose but only removing. However when it come down to putting back it on that can spell huge pain in the back.
ASMR Subaru engine repair. Great video. I've viewed your other videos to help me repair my Subie.
hey man need help. im doing a full build on a first gen ez39 crank, rods, pistons, and of course head work how ever i dont have a tool to do the rist pin removal and instalation. dose snap on make something by chance subaru wants 300 for theres
Quick question.
Do the engine oil and the coolant need to drained in order to remove the engine cover? Lets say, for resealing a possible leakage. In may case it's not a leakage so to speak rather nasty oily residual at the bottom of the engine and at some point I'll have to fix it.
For the coolant part it's not necessary to drain it due to I won't be removing a radiator. Probably just fans.
For the oil part I guess it has to be drained. Not sure
I was wandering if you would do a video of removing the heater box from the subys as I need to do mine soon and I believe it's a bit tricky to remove the dash even Subaru don't have all the correct instructions /pro cedures mine is a 96 Liberty or legacy I believe a lot of the newer cars are having this problem a lot sooner like 2010 models and the like , you get a gurgling inside the cab when driving along it could also be related to doing the head gasket too. Cheers keep up the good work mr Subaru
what size and brand of impact wrench are you using
