This emergency repair is exactly what I wanted to do on my birthday. The pulley cost about $205 after taxes and the job isn’t TOOOO bad.
This should be the same on almost any subaru impreza, legacy, outback, wrx, etc between about 1990 and at least 2012 as far as I know.
I came to this vídeo because a sound of something loose in the pulley, it starts just when i put on Drive and the revs drops a little.. on parking the sound stops..
So whats the trick with getting it back on to torque spec then? (btw thank you)
