I’ve been trying to get around to diagnosing why one of my Hella Horn Super Tones didn’t work but I just decided to remove them and have them replaced. I chose to get the Hella Horn Panthers. It’s the same way wiring them up but the major difference is the tone.. and of course the color. The color scheme is yellow and blue which strays from their traditional red and black theme. The tone is what sold me. It is a bit deeper and more OEMish but LOUD 🙂 I put a sound clip in at the end for those who just want to skip to the clip.

i install it on my Hyundai Veracruz and i cut off my factory plug and connect 2 wire , when I plug it to Hella horn it sound either way there is no positive or negative it works either way , anyone know why ? No replay need it , I thought it won’t work if i hook the wire up wrong , in this case it works either way .
Where should I install the low tone and high tone ? Left or right ?
Any chance you remember what size screw it was?
Whered you get your ground and yellow cables ?
I can’t put my grill back on cause the hella horns stick out way to much?!
Do not remove or modify the mounting strap on the horn it is make of spring steel and allows the horn to vibrate otherwise  the tone will be affected and also do not mount it to plastic it has the same result.
Why did the horn sound like that?

Did you have any trouble at all getting them to work using factory wiring? I know in some cars the horns and airbags can interfere with each other. You didn't get any warning lights or anything?
What do they sound like?
What did you do with the fuse that comes with the horns?
