If you have replaced the spark plugs and wires as I had done and continue to have a mis in the engine, or are getting poor fuel economy this may be the answer for you. During cold or rainy weather my 2.5 liter 4 cyl repetedly would begin to misfire and ultimately “throw a code” and cause the check engine light to come on. Very frustrating indeed.
Follow these simple directions to replace the coil pack on your own subaru, especially if it has over 150,000 miles on it.
