It had bubbles in the reservoir? Made noise at the pump? How do you fix the
problem? thank you
Hello! Great video! Is it a round or squared shape O Ring? Thanks!
Thanks. And ya, she got it with only 28,000 miles in 2007. Now that it’s
not her daily driver anymore the miles don’t add up! 😀
BOOM IT’S A DONE DEAL !…best part of yr vid!…thanks mate fixed mine
this morning with help from yr video.
I found it at out local McLendon’s Hardware store…
Oh what hardware store? I might need one for mine.
That’s good you got it fixed for her before she went auto-crossing! 🙂 She
only has 87k miles?! DAMN! That’s low.
Ok. Thank you! I’ve just replaced it and after a few miles the noise
stopped.
Nope, just swap it out, then start car and rotate wheel back and forth to
get all the air out! (NOTE: Place the new O-ring onto the male part of the
inlet to make sure it’s seated properly before you tighten it down.)
Wanted to say Thanks for your post, was able to fix the leak myself. Very
helpful to know the placement of the o ring!!!!
Do you have to empty the power steering reservoir before changing the
O´ring?
