My 2001 2500HD was losing freon. So I determined it was leaking from this exact fitting. Oh, and the compressor. And the flex lines. And the evaporator. I don't think the condenser was leaking, but why take a chance? I replaced all. And new accumulator, o-rings, orifice tube, Schrader valves, fittings, seals, and PAG oil. It is cold now. We will see.
