Monika Waters says:

Now if I can't get off the top bolt I'm a girl by the way what do I do I refuse to take it to mechanic I wanna do it myself guys I got her all broke down though

Alex K says:

What are the torque specs?

Howie Sammons says:

A weighted slide hammer and a front wheel drive bearing remover cost about $200 at harbor freight but will do the job in about 30 min. I don’t support harbor freight but I do support the right tool for the job.

Wesley Holford says:

When I look this up I wanted to know what the torque specs were and they never gave Them I blame it on Google more than anything

William Parsons says:

Good to no thank you

Destini Street says:

What is the torque thing called you had to use to tighten it at the end ?

Vincent Quintero says:

What size is the socket?

Gerry Hamner says:

Couldn't you just use a quality 3 jaw puller…..the CV-axle has the divot for the screw part of puller. Just place the 3 jaws around the outside of hub (where the studs are).

leonard lunsford says:

hey back woods watch this below this is what i came up with what do you think

DJMovit says:

My 04 Vue is the same right now. I don't have a touch like that. Sledgehammer and chisel isn't budging it.

Tom Werner says:

I have replaced at least a dozen wheel bearings on GM cars and trucks, and my 2006 Vue was the only one that I had any problems with. Usually the bearing nearly falls out when the three hub bolts are removed. Not this time. Over three hours of beating on the old bearing and a trip to Lowes to buy Map gas, and not one lick of progress. I wound up removing the steering knuckle and beating the bearing out from the back side. Yes, an alignment may be necessary afterwards, but the bearing would not budge otherwise. Took about 10 extra minutes to remove the knuckle completely, and about 5 minutes of beating with a 4 lb sledge, but it is out and done.

Joel Mosier says:

Thank you for an Awesome informative video, lots of detail and professional. Thank you

Famille Bussieres-Mainville says:

I like that bolt through the stud hole technique to make a puller trick. Did the same job on my 2008 Vue and it was a real pain to get mine out as well. Toughest mechanical job I ever had to do!

itsme2369 says:

K. K says:
