My cover. The duct. The last cover won't go back on. Any idea why?

Drezz Boss says:

Soooo what do I do if I lost those clips you said we don't want to lose? I tried to keep them around they just launched crazy when I took them off.

Trials and Tribulations says:

How about the saturn 1.9 sohc engine.

Your car is the saturn dohc 1.9 different motor.

O&S Alvarez says:

Thank you, sir! Easy fix.

Olena Erhardt says:

What brand of a new heater core would you recommend for 2001 Saturn SL2? There are several of them online and of different sizes. And those of different sizes can fit this car (fm statements on Amazon). I'm confused which one is better to buy. Thank you for the great film.

Conna C says:

How much do you think this job would cost taking to a mechanic ?

revokdaryl1 says:

Thank you so much. I have a '99 Saturn SC1 with the SOHC 1.9L engine that has heat in the cabin, but very little. I'm thinking the heater core is clogged. I don't smell any coolant and there are no leaks. I tried burping the system as I thought there may have been air pockets, but there doesn't seem to be any air in it. I am going to try removing the heater core and flushing it out. Sometimes the air blows hot, then, seconds later, it'll blow cold. Strange problem lol. I absolutely love the car so far. Reliable and very good on fuel.

Nazis STILL Hate Me (and Here's Why) says:

It looks just like my car

Morris 1234 says:

Thanks for these videos they helped me out a lot I have a 1998 Saturn SL2 and it's a great car never had any major issues just a few things here and there it's an older car with a lot of miles I got to expect a few things here and there I love these old Saturn's they seem to run forever as long as Thier well taken care of, an mine has 181,000 miles and still runs great mine's a green one and mine as a manual transmission an mine's the twin cam one

David s says:

Can you do a video on how to remove an ac evaporator on a saturn s series?

ThesexyMrX says:

I'm going to do this as my heater core has sprung a leak. One year after getting it flushed. With it so cold out, a heater core leak fogs up all windows and defog does not work. Muchly needed

Robert Gary says:

How do you do a 3 hour job in 6 minutes?

Jorge Sandoval says:

SeƱor Rich… I really liked your videos…. His one was very helpful…. I did the work for $75.oo… in 5 hours… The mechanic for me is a Joby ,…since I was a little boy I had to help my father and grandfather fix the cars…. I never had the opportunity to study mechanics …. and now I am 51 and it is very expensive…. Thank you very much…. Maravilloso

Fuse says:

You are my hero! Chiltons book doesn't cover this

fededej says:

Is there no heater control valve? When the thermostat is open fluid will run through the heater core correct?

Jeb Kerman says:

Can this system be bypassed?
