I have a 2003 Saturn Ion-3 and just ordered new headlight.
My question is : how many light bulbs are there per headlight? 2 or 3? and also it seems they are different. Can you please tell me/us what type of light bulb fit in the Saturn Ion 2003?

Soaking the pins with some PB blaster should loosen up any dirt and grim that could be stopping the pin from moving.
The pin holding my headlight seems to be stuck in place. Do you have any suggestions for what I can do to loosen them so I can remove the headlight?
You could try to dry them out, and if the headlight bulbs are old, you may want to try to get a new pair. They have an o-ring seal on them, sometimes this will become worn causing a moisture issue. Is sounds like it could be the header panel that is broke (from what you’re describing). Depending on how it attaches on your vehicle you might need to remove the front bumper and headlights to repair it, if this is what’s broke on the vehicle.
Hey, hopefully you guys read this message. In my Saturn, that dark piece of plastic the headlight attaches to behind it is broken, causing the headlight assembly to jolt from time to time. How would you go about replacing that?

There should be an adjusting screw on the backside of the headlight.
