(60fps)MGS Portable Ops – PPSSPP Emulator | Part 17 – Saturn V Blueprints (Recruiting Sokolov)
Platform: PSP (Played on PPSSPP Emulator) at 60 fps
Here is how to recruit Sokolov:
1). Keep 1 spy on HARBOR.
2). When you get a report on “Some kind of parts have been left behind in the crate used to offload Metal Gear” – finish this mission.
3). Beat Null for a second time.
4). At anytime (recommended before the fight with Cunningham), interrogate a Soldier at the Power Substation, he will give you the frequency to open the door at the Silo Entrance.
5). Head back to Silo Entrance to the locked door and use the frequency. Get the Saturn V Blueprints.
6). You’ll get a report from the spy unit at the Plant (you need to have spies there too), of a “Suspicious Person Sighted” . Head over to the Plant, and find Sokolov!
Computer Specs and Emulator Settings:
– Intel Core i7 (4790) – 3.0 GHz
– 8Gb Ram Memory
– Graphics Card – NVidia Geforce GTX 1050
– Windows 10 Pro OS.
– Now on SSD
Emulator: PPSSPP Version v1.11.2
Config:
– Vsync ON
– PSP Color shader
– Render Resolution at 10x
– Texture 2x – xBRZ
