Saab NG9-3 Headlight Washer Line Fix (and other stuff)

Today, I tackle some small but important issues I’ve had. Local Saab guy Brighton was kind enough to give me these parts for free! Thank you Brighton!
The trick is to heat up the hoses for easy removal.

I really want to delete my headlight washers on my 03 Saab 9-5 2.3L AeroWagon and cover up the nozzle port on the bumper. I wonder where or even how to properly plug those valves that feed to the headlight from the pump. Maybe theres a specific aftermarket washer pump that would be better in place of the stock one. Cant find any info online so far.

How do you install the head light washer jet cover for a Saab 9-3 Linear Sport Sedan ? Do you have to remove the front bumper ?

Being the battery is literally next to the turbo, you think having the cover on makes a difference? I understand it's supposed to help airflow into the battery box, but just curious about if you know of any benefits. Mine has been MIA for God knows how long lol
