I changed mine out today and found the opening or hose below full of pine needles (also all around the air filter and cover, but thats a squirrel problem) my concern is that I did not clear the hose below- do you have any advice for un-clogging the air way? Will it blow upward and clean itself out or should I 'seek professional help'

My 93 is missing the additional plastic cover underneath the first one. Any idea what it is called and where I can find it? I've got water leaking directly into the car every time it rains. Any help would be great, thank you.
