I bought a pair of hatchback struts for my ’85 Camaro SC. I bought ones
suitable for hatch with a wiper or a spoiler. I didn’t realize this was so
important when buying them so I paid that detail on the eBay listing little
attention. What’s the worst that can happen if I install these on my
Camaro? The ones I have on there now are worn down. If I can make these
work I will as I really don’t want to go through the hassle of making a
return. Let me know please, thanks!
Unfortunately we are making videos for other vehicles at this time. We will
keep this in mind for a future video.
@SuperSportSS Thank You. That is the sign from the Pontiac dealer that used
to be located in our hometown.
can you make a video about how to install a heating core and where the
heating core hose connect to on a 93 firebird
We currently do not have an auto repair video for this particular year.
We’ll keep this in mind in the event that we make this repair in the future.
You could try to use a pair of Vise grips. I’d make sure that they’re
pretty snug, then take your time backing the bolt out. Hope this helps you
out.
Well this explains why my hatch glass exploded, I had the wrong struts on
it, I used the ones for both spoiler and wiper not spioler only. The hatch
slamed open not nice and slow like this one.
Thanx! It helped alot!
Thanks man I really needed this video
That Pentland Pontiac neon sign is absolutely beautiful!
The 8mm socket stripped my bolt. How else cud u get off the top bolt? Vise
grips maybe or take to dealership?
Cant wait to own one of those old style neon dealership signs one day.
