1A auto Can you make video for 2003 pontiac sunfire on how to replace
throttle body, MAF sensor and oxygen sensor..thanks and more power.
If the hoses are cracked and broken you should replace them, so that they
don’t cause any issues.
@1aauto Thanks. I was kinda on that track last time I attempted. I had
loosened the FPR from the engine, but had not completely removed it. Guess
I’ll remove it altogether next try.
If the ant-freeze in your car is dirty, you may want to change it ans put
some fresh anti-freeze in.
Great video thanks for posting this. Doing it myself will save me some
money. I have a 1995 Chevrolet Cavalier with a torn hose at the throttle
body end. I’m going to replace it. I’ve been having problems with my car
hesitating and losing power when stopping at lights and stop signs.
Everything other than the torn hose checks out OK. I’m wondering is this a
symptom of a torn air intake hose?
I have some kind of oily fluid inside mine, what does that mean ?
@kenbenobi We currently do not have an auto repair video that shows this
particular repair. You should be able to put it back together the way it
came out. If you can’t you may have to remove another part that’s in the
was to gain access, and then put the removed part on last. Hope this helps
you out.
I have a 96 Sunfire and I’m trying to replace the o-rings on the injectors.
What’s the trick to putting the bracket that holds them down back on? If I
line it up with the injectors, the fuel pressure regulator gets in the way.
If I line it up with the fuel pressure regulator, I can’t get the “forks”
on each injector to slide in correctly. Frustrating! 🙁
@JesusKid2006 Yes just make sure to dry it well and thoroughly inspect it
before re-installing. You don’t want any dirt getting lodged int eh sensor.
Replacing is necessary if you find a tear or crack in the rubber.
