What he said. ^^^^^^ I have a 2008 and it doesn’t have the white tab. It’s a bolted down tab. Still takes about 2 seconds the change, but it’s different than shown in the video.

cminor9 says:

thanks for the great video. Needed to replace this for a friend, and didn’t have any kind of manual and you don’t wanna just go pulling tabs on a car you don’t know.

Ben Johnson says:

Thanks, this was great. Me and my daughter changed the lights on both sides in less the 10 mins thanks to your video!

Chris Sweatman says:

Thanks for the video!! I have a ’04 and the white tab was not as easy to get out as it looked in the video. I used a screw driver underneath the lip and used a lot of force to get it out. Thanks again!!!

You just helped me a lot! Thank you

bry18069 says:

just a side note, on the 2008 model, the white tab you need to lift is made of metal, and is folded over and bolted down… you will need a 10mm socket for this and then follow all directions on video…

BoxerMuscleMilk says:

Haha! This is so easy, good job on showing it! thank you so much!

I just want to thank you for your video. I have a 2006 Grand Prix with about 50,000 miles on it, and my headlights have become really discolored. I decided to change them myself, but had no idea how to do that. I found your video and decided to order new headlights on Amazon. It was really as easy as you said. The car looks great now. Next I’ll replace the fog lamps. Thanks again.
