And it runs after the operation, good stuff.
Went well and the car is still running, The fumes can get you loopy but
make sure to have good venting, it helps to change out the pump when the
tank is low, Good luck.
yeah mechanics just want you to think it’s hard so you can give them more
money. LoL. With youtube and stuff there’s no excuse anymore lol.

I think ppl should use compressed air to clean out the fuel pump area
instead of water. No messy clean up and no worry about water running in
fuel tank or rusting the car or getting on connectors. Otherwise great video
Thanks alot for the video. I have a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix, no prior
mechanic work, and I’m a woman. I followed your steps after disconnecting
the negative battery cable and releasing the fuel pressure. And I was able
to install my own fuel pump, my only issue was that I had a hard time
getting the locking mechanism off. Thanks alot

pump via the trunk. He always drops the tank -when I showed him this video

did you drain the fuel before you removed the pump?
the middle hose how did u get that off?
you make it look so easy, why didnt you show the part of how hard it is to
hold the fuel pump down and put lock ring back on! its a fuck of a time!
