This is why Dalton is so good and why this channel is amazing. Put dangerously rusty and compromised vehicles on the road in the cheapest way possible? Done. Convertible sedan conversions? Done. Do a working-man's garage RESTORATION for a car that deserves it? DONE. Beater life is a spectrum.
I always enjoy your show, thank you. I enjoy watching fabrication work on most anything. The welding that you are able to do is good work. I enjoy the watching the body prep/ mudding, fiberglass and the sanding. Watching a car getting primer and painted is awesome as well. The interior cleaning and prep, fabricating and rust treatment is cool as well. This is going to be a nice classic Pontiac when you are done. I am sure the interior is going to be well done as well. The drivetrain and engine should be well done as well. Great show!
Nice job Dalton. Great to have a lot of good advice for bodywork. cheers Bro. The 64 is gonna look awesome…… Already does.
Loving the resto of this, great seeing your dad, really enjoy the way you simplified the rust repair so the pretty much anyone can do it just have a go, sending love and prayers from us all here in England x
That da sander and cigarette dangling reminds me of the old school body guy I used to work with. Meanest SOB that walked the earth but his craftsmanship was second to none!
A windscreen leak would piss you off forever
Hi Dalton, would like to see your Dads GTO on outside the barn
Birdsong? Why even mention that loser? He sucks and everyone knows it.
If you don't know it, you should go spend a day watching a bunch of his videos to make sure.
I’ve always done my rough in filler over bare metal, never had a problem! 50 different people will tell you 50 different ways! Keep up the good work! You are like the normal person who works out of their garage! 90 percent of my tools are harbor freight! I painted my charger in my garage at home and have won 15 awards this year at car shows!
