Yeh, the XUD9 block is a great engine, so simple to work with, and easy to
tune!!! No smoke, no poke 😛

Darren Lobb says:

Yeh thats how we remove engines now, but this car was a scrapper, and at
the time, we just wanted to get it out quick, we now know its much easier
to just release suspention, exhaust rubber, electrics, topengine mount, and
subframe mounts, and let the lot come ot as one 😛

lol!!! it’s alot easyer to drop the subframe and engine together insted of
restling to lift it out of the car. Thats how the engine was put in at the
factory.
